No Service Group Rate – Singles/Doubles: $49.69 per person, per night, plus tax
The residence bedrooms feature single beds, desks, closets, bookshelves, and desk lamps. They have shared washroom facilities, laundry facilities, and WiFi access. Beds are made with linen, light blankets, shower towels, and soap. There is no daily linen change, but guests can exchange towels or sheets at the desk for no extra charge. Washrooms are serviced once a week. There is no air conditioning in these rooms.
No Service Group Rate – Townhouses (3–4 people): $85.00 per person, per night, plus tax
The townhouses are fully furnished with linen, a light blanket, bathing towels, and detergent. There are no daily linen changes or service charges, and guests can substitute their towels or sheets at the front desk. The restrooms are cleaned once a week. Each bedroom has a private bed, workstation, and wardrobe. The first floor features a living room and kitchen, while the second and third floors offer two bedrooms and shared bathrooms.
